During our 12 years of operation as a tour operator, serving you has been our main satisfaction. It is for this reason we recommend you read our requirements and terms to help make your trip more enjoyable.
Requirements for making a reservation:
. Full name
. Nationality
. Passport number. (If your passport expires before your trip you will need to bring with you both passports or a photocopy of your old passport in addition to the new one)

TRAVEL SAFETY
Our company’s personnel is highly qualified and has many years experience in guiding hikes and treks, and is therefore capable of dealing with and resolving any type of emergency situations. For treks we provide a satellite phone which allows for continuous communication. The satellite phone can be used to help in emergency situations and in an extreme case facilitate the evacuation of a traveler to a clinic or a hospital.

MEDICAL  AND LIFE INSURANCE
We highly recommend purchasing an international travel insurance package which includes medical, life and insurance for loss or theft of personal belongings. Most clinics in Peru accept international travel insurance.

PAYMENT
To make a reservation we require a down payment of 50% of the price of the package. The balance needs to be paid 48 hours before commencing service in our office or we can send a representative to your hotel.

Any charges incurred while making the deposit or transfer shall be paid by the
customer.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
Once the reservation has been made, the company will buy entry tickets to the Inca Trail and make reservations for hotels and other services required for your trip. A cancelled trip loses its down payment.
 
If the service is cancelled after the total amount has been paid, you will only receive a partial reimbursement, detailed to you by our reservations department. You will receive a detailed explanation of the services which are not reimbursed, depending to a large extent on our provider’s policies.

Camping Tours does not take responsibility for losses or additional costs due to delays, changes or cancellations of flights or other services, diseases, weather, quarantine, natural disasters, strikes, acts of God or other causes. In case such a situation does arise the extra costs will be assumed by the passenger.
